COVID-19 Precautions

May 13th, 2020

We cannot wait to see your smiles again! Fairfield Orthodontic Associates will begin seeing patients on Wednesday, May 20. Your health and wellness is our top priority and we want to make your experience as safe and easy as possible. You will receive a phone call from our office soon to schedule your appointment. Rest assured we have Covid-19 precautions in place!

Preparing for your appointment at home:

  • Before you leave home please take your or your child’s temperature as an added precaution and call us if the temperature is elevated from your normal temperature.

  • Our tooth brushing station is temporarily closed so please brush well before you leave home for your appointment.

  • Use the restroom at home before you drive to our office.

  • Remember to wear your mask - homemade is fine - when coming upstairs and again when returning to your car.

Our new check-in process:

Your car is our new waiting room! All patients and family members should remain in their cars. Simply call us when you arrive and a team member will check you in. We will ask you some screening questions and we will tell you when to come up for your appointment. Please use hand sanitizer in your car and walk up the stairs. The door to our office will be open and you will be seated immediately for your appointment. Very young children may be accompanied by one parent.

After your appointment:

One of our awesome team members will communicate all visit information and schedule your next appointment over the phone. Regarding payments, please either send a check in the mail or give us your credit card information when you are on the phone with Anna or Geri.

We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have.

Thank you for being our patient. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming you back. You are not only our patients but our neighbors and friends in this wonderful community of Fairfield and nearby towns!

Keep smiling! See you soon!

Dr. Patricia Bendick and Dr. Melissa Landin
